Ferrari Gallery 2

A series of paintings done in the challenging format of a long rectangle. These are similar in scale to a man’s necktie.

 

A Slice of Mille Miglia. This is a 4x24 inch depiction of a Ferrari 500 Mondial Scaglietti Spyder along the Mille Miglia route. Vignale Spyder at Speed. This 2x24 inch painting shows a Ferrari 340 MM Vignale Spyder rushing toward the viewer. Ferrari 166 MM Berlinetta at Speed. A Ferrari 166 MM slides through a corner in a painting 3x24 inches. Mille Miglia Testarossa. This is a small painting showing a Ferrari Testarossa crossing the Raticota Pass on the Mille Miglia route. Luigi Chinetti’s 166 MM. This is the famous Ferrari type 166 MM Barchetta in which Luigi Chinetti won the Le Mans.  His portrait appears in the rearview mirror. Ferrari’s Inner Sanctum. A small work showing Enzo Ferrari conversing with a driver in a Ferrari 250 GTO.  Nearby is another GTO and a 340 Mille Miglia with hood raised. GTO in the Rain. A Ferrari 250 GTO rushes toward the viewer in the rain. 166 at Pebble Beach. A narrow painting of the classic 1951 race at Pebble Beach. The old warhorse is pictured outside Enzo Ferrari's door at Fiorano. An original fine art painting in acrylic on Masonite, professionally framed. Mille Miglia Testarossa.
